About the best hotel in Sidney that actually has adults who act responsible vs the Wyndam properties where it's childish. Rooms are clean, well equipped, non slamming doors, no multiple light sources from the door or window or electronics when the lights are out keeping you awake at night, bathroom water pressure is good and a TON of parking even for 18 wheelers (street parking has about 14 spaces worth for 48-53 foot trailers in front and to the side. Also DOZENS of electrical outlet stakes along the perimeter for engine heaters during the winter's sub zero both in front and behind the hotel. The only negative is that the front entrance has the handicap access ramp off to the side, and there is a curb 10 feet directly in front of the front doors. I hope they'll add a large drive under canopy/breezeway for the winter snow so people aren't checking in while dragging their luggage through the snow. They also have on the first floor an industrial cleanup room for oilfield workers.

I can’t say enough about Derrick and his team at the Candlewood in Sidney, Mt! Thoughtful, attentive, helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make your stay comfortable and your patronage appreciated! They made me feel like a welcome member of their family. Highly recommended!

ABSOLUTE BEST hotel in Sidney!! Came here for work and needed a long term place to stay. All staff and the General Manager Derek have EXCELLENT Customer Service!!! Very accommodating!! If you need a decent and clean place to stay whether you're traveling on vacation or for work, THIS IS THE SPOT!!! Thanks again Guys!!!

My daughter and I stayed in room 122 for 3 days. First off, I LOVED how clean the entire place is. The staff go above and beyond to make sure their guests are comfortable and happy! They have games and DVDs they allow you to use for free. We had a fun and wonderful experience staying here!! Highly recommend!!!

The workers are amazing, the rooms are very nice, the location is great and the amenities are great as well. When staying in a hotel I really pay attention to the customer service with the workers and the guests I cannot express how genuine and great the workers that work at this hotel are. If I could get more than five stars I definitely would.

Outstanding value! Derek, the manager, and the rest of the staff make it a point to let you know your comfort is a priority. I arrived without a reservation for an extended stay and Derek personally showed me a few rooms to make sure I found something that fit my needs for the duration. Rooms and bed were comfy and clean on arrival. The staff reach out for feedback and act on it promptly. I had a minor issue with my sink and maintenance was available to take care of it the next morning. You can walk to just about anything you need here in Sidney - The parking lots of the hotel, a few restaurants and a nice local grocery chain are connected with a nice coffe shop on the opposite corner of the intersection (get there early for breakfast.) They have been shorthanded on cleaning staff and have a lot of one-night stays, which seems to be throwing off the weekly cleaning schedule, but getting fresh linens/supplies isn't an issue and the clerks ask me if I need anything every time they see me. Very manageable if you don't make an enormous mess every day. Thanks y'all! You've brought relief to one of the most stressful parts of living and working on the road, finding somewhere decent for the night!
